RULES
* You must be 18 or have a parent with you
* You must have a photo I D
* All bidders must be registered to buy, limit only one buyer per bidder number.
*Do not bid on any vehicles unless you are certain it is the vehicle that you want.
*Once you sign your buyer invoice you have a legal obligation to pay for the vehicle
* If at any point during bidding you have a question please ask any staff member to assist you.
* All purchases MUST be paid for on day of sale.
* Types of payments accepted at J & M are: Cash, Credit or Debit card, Money Orders, and Cashiers Check. Personal checks will only be accepted if funds can be verified from the bank.
*We will only sell your vehicle if you have the title.The title must be in your name, this means that that your name is on the front of the title.
* Have your title assigned to the correct name and address-any changes made to your title afterwards will are $100!!
* Etested cars may have a 60 day permit ($10)Vouchers are coupons so the buyer can run the etest-the voucher must be used in 3 business days in order to have any recourse permits will only be issued to persons with a valid driver license.
* In the event that the vehicle sold on a voucher does not pass emmisions, you must bring the vehicle back to J & M so it can be inspected by our on site mechanic.
* J & M will announce any problems or issues that a vehicle might have, however we are not mechanics and somethings we do miss. In the event that a vehicle has a major repair issue that was not announced at the time of sale, you may return the vehicle.The vehicle will be inspected, and may only be returned if it was purchased for more than $350.00.Only an owner may return funds on any vehicle.
*Vehicles will only be considered for return if the problem involves the engine or transmission.
* Use preview day to do your home work-really check these units over-use an NADA book to see is it is in your budget-- ask Jon or Marta for any assistance or reference materials. If you are not comfortable 'checking out ' cars -- ask Marta for help!
* Any car $350 or under will not be neqotiated -they are AS-IS
