ALL BIDS MUST BE PAID FOR DAY OF SALE- IT IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT ONCE THE AUCTIONEER ANNOUNCES 'SOLD' ! IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DECIDE TO BACK OUT THERE WILL BE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE !

There are also Fees And taxes applied to purchase price city, county, state, RTD tax, temporary permits, and various other items. PLease call out office if youhave any questions regarding these fees!
2. What if I purchase a car and there are major problems I can't fix?
If a vehicle turns out to have 'major' problems that were not announced, see Jon or Marta to help resolve the situation. Vehicle $350 and under cannot be arbitrated or returned--no exceptions.
3. What is your preview day for?
Preview day is for you-check out the cars that inerest you. We have limited exposure to these cars, but want you to know what you are buying. Ask if you need help- we are here to make this a good experiance for you!.
